Order Processing — Simple 5-Step Process
Fast, transparent and reliable. Here is exactly how ordering works with us.
List any of our products on your own store, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop — anywhere you sell — at whatever price you choose.
When your customers place orders, send us the order details as a CSV file via WhatsApp — product, quantity, and your customer's delivery address.
Payment must be sent together with your order CSV. Orders are only processed and dispatched after payment is received — including your very first order.
Once payment is confirmed and your order is dispatched, we forward you the tracking number the same evening.
📦 Tracking status updates within 2–3 days • 🚚 Delivered to your customer within 3–4 days.
