These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your business relationship with BrandFactory Dropshipping. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

2. How Ordering Works

  • This website is a product catalogue. Orders are not placed through an online checkout — all orders are placed directly with us via WhatsApp.
  • Resellers list our products on their own sales channels (e.g. their own store, eBay, Amazon) at their own prices.
  • Orders are submitted to us as a CSV file via WhatsApp, including product, quantity and delivery address.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be sent together with each order submission.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched only after payment has been received and confirmed. This applies to all orders, including first orders.
  • Accepted payment methods are confirmed directly via WhatsApp before your first order.

4. Dispatch, Tracking & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation, and the tracking number is forwarded to you the same evening as dispatch.
  • Tracking status typically updates within 2–3 days; delivery is typically completed within 3–4 days.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays outside our control.

5. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. Prices shown on this website are supplier reference prices and may be updated at any time. Resellers are free to set their own retail prices on their own channels.

6. Reseller Responsibilities

Resellers are responsible for the accuracy of the order details and delivery addresses they submit, for their own listings and customer service on their sales channels, and for complying with the policies of the platforms they sell on.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
